  had an interview with the store manager named Jamie. I got there on scheduled time, dressed in AE jeans, their plaid and had my resume printed as well. I was actually 5 mins early from the scheduled time for my interview... and he told me to wait for him 10 mins ...? then during the whole interview he kept looking at his phone while I was SPEAKING to him, answering HIS questions... SO RUDE! Basically I could tell from looking at the whole team that he wasn't planning to hire me because of my race! which is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE because I had aced the phone interview with his boss and I have the extensive amount of retail experience as well. As soon as the interview finished, he came back into the store and they started taking crap about another associate and even cursing! SO DISGUSTING! I don't understand why upper management hires such imbeciles that don't show no respect towards their team members..how can people work in such hostile and bully environments is beyond me... I am NEVER stepping in an AE store ever again and would advice all minority groups not to as well because no one deserves to be treated this way especially in stores!
