  placed an order on 4/7/17 and was told it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery since we ordered a special color. It is now the 4th week and no call or email on eta. Called customer service myself and was told they had an eta of 6/4/17 to be delivered at warehouse then it will take another few days to set up an actual delivery date, adding up to over 2 months. We placed order in hopes of having the sofa sectional before we brought home newborn baby. We have guests coming over to visit and I am unable to walk upstairs to my room since I will be having a scheduled cesarean. The sectional is where I planned on staying with baby until I healed. This is now a major set back and the customer service this far has been horrible. Each rep I have spoke to just keeps saying they "do not know" or " there is nothing we can do" but when the sales associate was selling us the coach and making a pretty penny off commission they failed to mention that the experience with Macy's furniture would be a nightmare. NEVER ORDERING FROM MACYS AGAIN!!!
