The doors were locked but there were 2 customers inside the store. I could see the 2 employees helping 2 separate customers. But the other employee wasn't helping anyone. They couldn't even look at me until I knocked on the door. Then the older man just shook his head and waved his hand. This was disappointing since I was buying 4 brand new phones.
