  I give them two star only based on their knowledge of skateboard. They probably good at selling clothes. I have been skating for one year and I build my long board by myself. One day I walked into the store seeking a new truck for my old board. They have no idea of the length of the truck they have. How the heck you don't know the length of a skateboard truck ?!?! That's the first thing, at least my first thing, to ask people when they want to buy a new truck for skateboard. Then I told them I prefer 40 degree based truck and asked them what's the turning degree of their truck. They said: "I'm not really sure about the degree but I'm pretty sure it will fit on your drop through." Turns out those are 50 degree and I got the information on amazon. Didn't even dig deep, I just went to amazon and search the brand and those info is on the front page. And by the way, amazon has things 15 to 20 dollars cheaper than they have. It's reasonable to be expensive since they are in the mall. However, I would only spend more money when they are good at things they sale.
